Cosmic Humanity Briefing Glossary:

Acknowledgment:  This is a more accurate description than “disclosure” (see “Disclosure” below) of the event that will forever affirm the reality of earth’s ancient and current relationships with alien civilizations, because, in effect, alien disclosure is already well underway by various countries.

Akhenaten:  A Pharaoh of the Eighteenth dynasty of Egypt, It is believed that he ruled for 17 years, from 1319 BC to 1336 BC.  He is especially noted for abandoning traditional Egyptian polytheism and introducing worship centered on the Aten, which is sometimes described as monotheistic. 

Ames Research Center:  Located in Mountain View, California, the Ames Research Center is an important government facility that among other things provides NASA leadership in Astrobiology; small satellites; robotic lunar exploration; and technologies for the Constellation Program; the search for habitable planets.  It is the location of the Carl Sagan Center for the Study of Life in the Cosmos. The center continues the work that Sagan undertook during his lifetime, including the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence.

Atheism:  The quest for truth and the discovery of knowledge that challenges centuries of spiritual assumptions and beliefs is not a hallmark of atheism.  We expect the leadership of all major religious to rejoice over a final understanding of who we are and where we came from.  Of course there will be a significant requirement of rethinking and new articulation of spiritual doctrine.  The good news for all religions is that they can now focus on the final big question: where are we going?  There will, of course, be some disagreement on the best path to take to get there. 

Breaking the Godspell:  Author Neil Freer published this book in 1987.  Its title is a metaphor for the fundamental impact of Zecharia Sitchin’s thesis articulated in his book, The Twelfth Planet. 1976.  Revised and published as a second edition in 1994, Freer continued to capture the power and significance of Sitchin’s research as The Earth Chronicle Series grew in numbers and importance.   Breaking the Godspell is the first book to read to be grounded in the complexities, challenges and opportunities ahead following acknowledgement of who we are and where we came from.

Cain:  From Sir Laurence Gardner’s research as published in Genesis of the Grail Kings, 2000, it is established that a Bloodline, known as the Holy Grail, was initiated by the Anunnaki, Enki, who fathered a child by a selected human female the Eve of the second story of Adam and Eve in Genesis in order to increase the Anunnaki proportion of the human gene code.  The child’s name was Cain.  The original Hebrew does not say, as the skewed translation in the Old Testament does, that Cain slew his brother Abel.  It says that Cain was superior to Abel.  From Cain comes, over time, Cainship, kinship, and kingship.

Cataclysm!: Compelling Evidence of a Cosmic Catastrophe in 9500 B.C. (1997), D. S. Allan and J.B. DeLair.  Allan, a science historian specializing in paleogeography, and Delair, a geologist and anthropologist detail the global geophysical evidence of the consequences of the last passage of Nibiru/Planet X.  The almost prosaic biblical account of the great flood is more dramatically and accurately presented in Cataclysm!  We can assume that few humans survived that event, and it must serve as a proven peril to civilization as Nibiru/Planet X returns in this century.  There is evidence that some countries are well aware of the impending threat event and are taking steps to increase their odds of survival.  All countries should be in this response mode, and exchanging information and plans.

Our general conclusion is that nothing has come from the study of UFOs in the past 21 years that has added to scientific knowledge. Careful consideration of the record as it is available to us leads us to conclude that further extensive study of UFOs probably cannot be justified ...

Enlil:  Half-Brother of Enki, and Commander of the expanded Anunnaki enterprise on Planet Earth.   He is/was Jehovah/Yahweh.

Enki+Enlil:  Levite priests, rewriting the ancient history, fused the two to ensure their status as “the chosen people”.  Elohim, a plural noun, was used for the “one”, “mono” God, of the Old and New Testament.   These two very human and imperfect individuals, melded together, were gradually transmuted to cosmic and infinite status by the theologians and the Roman Church.

Free energy: Also called “Zero Point” energy;  energy drawn directly from “space”; devices already exist and patented that extract this energy on an “over unity” basis, i.e., for a single unit of energy used to drive the device, multiple units are extracted. One of the more important future consequences of acknowledging the reality of our ancient alien origin, its current status and technological future.  Of course, serious political issues must be transformed before this is a global reality.

Gardner, Sir Laurence: Author of Genesis of the Grail Kings, and Bloodline of the Holy Grail.  Gardner is a best-selling English historian and distinguished genealogist. 

Global Competitiveness Forum:  The 5^th annual Global Competitiveness Forum was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, January 23-26, 2011.   Most of the events were 75-minute panels.  The most precedent setting panel was “Contact: Learning from Outer Space.”  Panel members were Dr. Jacques Vallee, Nick Pope, Stanton Friedman, three noted researchers and commentators on UFO and ET phenomena, and astrophysicist Dr. Michio Kaku, New York City College, and Dr. Zaghloul El Naggar, an Egyptian Scientist and Professor of Earth Science and Geology, Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs.  This was probably the first time that many world business leaders were introduced to the probability, if not the reality, of ET/Earth contact, and its economic impact.  This event is a significant data point of the implementation of a disclosure strategy.

Infrared Imaging Telescope:  IRAS, the NASA-Dutch Infrared Imaging Satellite Telescope was orbited in 1983 to look for the inbound Nibiru/Planet X.  Their positive findings were announced six times, the last one being by Ray Reynolds of the Ames Research Center, astronomer member of the team.  In the New York Times, January 30, 1983, he was quoted, “Astronomers are so sure of the tenth planet that they think there is nothing left but to name it.”  Since that time the astronomer community has been muzzled.  No public technical papers have been released about Planet X, its estimated arrival date, and most importantly what the consequences of its passage may be, and what preparation can be done to survive the event.  The Freer/Jones team has not been muzzled.  A dialogue about Planet X will be an unofficial acknowledgement of our alien heritage.

Ningishida: Son of Enki.  Known to the Egyptians as Thoth, and as Quetzacoatl in Mesoanerica.

Ninhursag:  She was the chief medical officer of the Anunnaki team that merged Anunnaki genes with that of Homo Erectus in Africa, and produced us, Homo Sapiens, a genetically bicameral species, for their purposes as gold mining slaves.

Remote Viewing:  In the United States, remote viewing intelligence programs have involved a number of agencies at various times with a variety of program code names.  Some were operational programs for intelligence gathering, and others were research and development programs.   The initial research program was SCANATE, (scan by coordinates).  The CIA beginning in 1970 funded this.  In 1972, remote viewing research began at the Stanford Research Institute.  Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff working with the noted psychic, Ingo Swann, did this.  In 1977, Army Intelligence evaluated potential adversary applications of remote viewing in GONDOLA WISH.  A formal army intelligence collection program, GRILL FLAME, was started in mid-1978.  This Army unit was located at Fort Meade, Maryland.  In early 1979, the SRI research program was integrated into GRILL FLAME.  In 1983 the program was re-designated the INSCOM CENTER LANE Project.  Army funding ended in late 1985, the unit was renamed SUN STREAK and transferred to the Defense Intelligence Agency, managed by Dale Graff.  The program was moved to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in 1991 and renamed STAR GATE.  Edwin May managed the program.  In 1995 the program was transferred to the CIA, and the American Institute for Research (AIR) was contracted to evaluate the program. AIR recommended that the STAR GATE program be terminated.  An AIR statement was that “There was no documented evidence that it had any value to the Intelligence Community.”

Roswell, New Mexico: Content of the Wikipedia entry for Roswell UFO Incident suggests that perhaps too much has been said and written about Roswell.  And the claim by some that it is the Gold Standard of proof of UFO reality and their extraterrestrial origin is more than denied by confused and conflicting time-lines, location issues, witness credibility claims, a falsified researcher vita, and turf battles between leading UFO research organizations.  Clearly it has become the star child of retail UFO, and a boon to the economy of a small New Mexico town.  Our assessment is that something of significance to our future happened there in June 1947.  The location and timing are critical to this hypothesis.  The location was remote, but reasonably close to a U.S. military facility.  The scattered civilian population was largely conservative, dedicated to farming and ranching.  The time was close after the end of World War II, the last scene of which was the signing of unconditional surrender documents aboard the USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay.  The radioactive ashes of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were still a hazard, and the Army Air Corps unit that delivered that hell was based at Roswell Army Air Base, preparing for Operation Crossroads where it would drop a third nuclear weapon, the first of hundreds to follow in tests to determine weapon effects and improve weapon lethality.  We suggest that the UFO crash (or crashes) around Roswell were not accidents, but a deliberate “gift” with a very deliberate message.  “Let there be no doubt that we are here and interested in where you are going with weapons that affect the cosmos.  This crash will introduce you to new technology.  We will watch to see what you do with it.”  It has been a very specific test since Roswell.  The final exam will be in two parts:  How do we handle public acknowledgement of ET reality, and do we deserve assistance to survive the passage of Planet X?”

Sapiens Sapiens:  This the end time of our species’ bewildered adolescence and our transformation into a mature stellar species has already begun. Let us reclaim our planetary identity, our own cosmic credentials and genetic wisdom, and prepare as a united planet, in the only adequate, truly planetary, right new world order, to matriculate into the heavens, into space, into stellar society as, finally, Sapiens Sapiens, the truly doubly wise. we stand to speak for and to all of us, to urge all to make it so for our children and ourselves.

SETI: From the SETI website’s Terms of Reference section, the acronym and purpose are provided. SETI is the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence.  The primary goal is to examine all aspects of possible future contact with extraterrestrial civilizations, with special reference to international issues and activities.

The bottom line is that SETI is a scam of cosmic proportions.

Sitchin, Zecharia:  The research of Zecharia Sitchin is responsible for the largest part of this briefing.  He can legitimately be considered the “Darwin” of our day.  He is one of 200 Sumerian scholars on the planet who can read a cuneiform clay tablet like you and I can read a newspaper. (http://www.sitchin.com), Working from 50 years of research, study and translation, his revolutionary master thesis may be stated simply:  the transcultural "gods" known to all the ancient civilizations were not mythological but flesh and blood humanoid aliens from the tenth planet in our solar system who colonized Earth and created our species by genetic engineering.

Skunk Works (Ben Rich):  Every student of the U.S. aerospace industry knows about the creativity and reputation of Lockheed’s secret division known as the Skunk Works.  It has designed a number of aircraft that demonstrated technologies beyond the edge of known capabilities of the time.  In 1993, the head of the Skunk Works, Ben Rich, made this provocative statement: “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an Act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity . . . Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”  When Rich made that statement, he was a terminal cancer patient, and obviously was willing to make a statement for humanity that must have been upsetting to those who wanted that information kept secret.  Key questions are:  did the United States use knowledge gleaned from crashed extraterrestrial craft to develop technology that would enable us to travel among the stars, and when will we know this answer?

Sumer, Sumerian:  Professor Samuel N. Kramer, one of the great Sumerologist of our time, reviewed the literary legacy found beneath the mounds of Sumer (modern Iraq) In his classic From the Tablet of Summer, for each one of the twenty-five chapters described a Sumerian “fort,” including the first schools, the first bicameral congress, the first historian, the first pharmacopoeia, the first “farmer’s almanac,” the first cosmogony and cosmology, the first proverbs and sayings, the first library debates, the first library catalogue; and Man’s first Heroic Age, his first law codes and social reforms, his first medicine, agriculture, and search for world peace and harmony (Source, Sitchin’s The 12^th Planet, p. 40).  In short, Sumer was the world’s first great civilization, and why not, they were guided and gifted by the Anunnaki (In Sumerian: “those who came down from the heavens”).  We observe that “civilization” on Earth appears to be in a long and perhaps terminal phase of retrogradation.  A return of the Anunnaki would be most appreciated.

Tellinger, Michael:  Tellinger is a South African, graduate of  the University of Witwatersrand  with a Bachelor in Pharmacy degree.  He describes himself as a maverick scientist and a serial entrepreneur.  In 2005, his book, Slave Species of Gold: The Story of Humankind from the Cradle of Humanity was published. It is now in its fifth edition. In 2008, with co-author Johan Heine, Adam’s Calendar: Discovering The Oldest Man-made Structure On Earth was published.  This 128-page book features well over 200 full color photographs of the Mpumalanga ruins.  These ruins include some 20,000 stone structures that stretch from South Africa to Kenya and beyond.  These two books have provoked many questions that only years of extensive archeological exploration can fully answer, but it is clear that these discoveries are directly linked with the previous findings of Zecharia Sitchin.

U.S. Air Force:  The official USAF statement on UFOs is found in USAF Fact Sheet 95-03:

1.     No UFO reported, investigated, and evaluated by the Air Force has ever given any indication of threat to our national security.

2.     There has been no evidence submitted to or discovered by the Air Force that sightings categorized as "unidentified" represent technological developments or principles beyond the range of present day scientific knowledge.

3.     There has been no evidence indicating the sightings categorized as "unidentified" are extraterrestrial vehicles.

Vatican: The Catholic Church, has followed this field for generations. With its own sophisticated astronomy department, it is part of the global astronomy community that is secretly tracking the inbound Planet-X.  It is responding logically to this knowledge.  It is preparing for disclosure and protecting its base.  The Vatican has officially stated that ETs are brothers, and importantly, very likely free of original sin.  That spiritual determination was aimed at some Protestant evangelicals who have determined that ETs are the fallen angels, demons.  How the various large religious organizations respond to disclosure is a very important issue.
